What should I bring with me to an event?

Please remember to bring with you:

• Your Ticket(s)

• The ability to pay for the remaining balance of your ticket or any upgrades. (Due to our rural locations our card system occasionally cannot pick up a signal please bring cash with you in case this should occur)

• Comfortable clothes to wear under your uniform depending on the weather

• Boots or suitable footwear

• Change of shoes and clothes (encase of rain and heavy sweating)

• Food and drink for hydration and energy

• I.D if you are under 21

I do not have my ticket?

Don't worry, as long as you have the Paypal confirmation you will be booked in. We can book you in the with your registered information / I.D on the day.

Do you supply food and drink?

Water is available to purchase but unfortunately due to food allergies, special requirements, health and safety,  we can not supply food.

​

What do you supply?

We supply you with a small, medium, large, extra large MTP shirt and trousers. We cannot supply boots.

Do I have to wear the gear you supply?

No, you are welcome to wear whatever you want, we find camouflage clothing tends to work better than a little black dress. It is initially up to you just be aware it may effect your game and anything that could effect the game play or the ability to get hit then you can't wear it.

 

I have a physical disability, can I play?

We do everything we can to to give everyone an equal opportunity, please give us a call to discuss this further as we have 8+ years of experience and can usually sort something out.

 

I have a medical condition, can I play?

Depending on the condition yes, you play to your own abilities, if you need a break you are welcome to do so. If you are required to take any medication please bring it with you.

 

Can people watch me be awesome?

We do not allow spectators as someone taking pictures of a bush and pointing will give a players positions away.

 

What missions do we play?

There is no set mission plan, we have many scenarios where teams will attack, defend and retrieve items. We cater each day to the group, no two days will ever be the same.

 

I like to hold hands with my friend can we go on the same team?

Yes.

 

Do you get radios?

Yes, we had a large request for radios and have now incorporated them into the games.

 

Do you get a choice of different guns?

No, everyone has the same rifle with the same abilities to keep everyone on a level playing field.

 

Can I shout my favorite movie quotes?

Yes, we love this. you may even find it hard not to.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket deposits are non-refundable. Once you have purchased your tickets / deposit this reserves that place and we cannot resell it. We are not obliged to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to another event.

2. For your added security tickets funds are held with PayPal until tickets are redeemed.
3. Due to the nature of our venues or low attendance some of our events may have to be cancelled up to 1 day prior to an event. Some of our events require a minimum attendees to operate.

4. If you do not attend on the day of an event we can not transfer your ticket price / deposit to others for upgrades.

5. If  an event has to be cancelled due to bad weather, low attendance or unforeseen circumstances we will offer a refund or transfer your ticket.

6. When purchasing tickets, registering for the event does not entitle you to participate in an event, a player ticket must be purchased for each player to participate.

7. Confirm you select the correct number of tickets.

8. Each event will require every player to read and understand a disclaimer prior to participating in an event, in accordance with our insurance. If you do not accept and sign the disclaimer then you cannot participate.

9. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and expire 12 months from date of purchase.

10. For your added security gift vouchers purchase fund are held with PayPal until redeemed or expiry

11. Upon venue unavailability all tickets and gift vouchers are fully refundable.

These are guidelines but please contact us if you have any issues regarding the above as we will do what we can to help.

We may on occasions gather information regarding your computer whilst you are on our website. This enables us to improve our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website to our advertisers where appropriate.

Similarly to the above, we may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie file. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer as cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our website and the service that we provide to you.

All computers have the ability to decline cookies. This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our website.

Our advertisers may also use cookies, over which we have no control. Such cookies (if used) would be downloaded once you click on advertisements on our website. Not that we have any at the moment, but it is nice to keep you informed.

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

• To provide you with information requested from us, relating to our products or services. To provide information on other products which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to receive such information. This will not be regular information, because we know how annoying it is. But if we have something really cool we think you might want to know we will send it over.

• To meet our contractual commitments to you.

• To notify you about any changes to our website, such as improvements or service / product changes, that may affect our service.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you with information about events, goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

We will not permit or share your data with third parties for any reason.

 

Storing Your Personal Data

Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

We do not store credit or debit card details. However, if using PayPal please consult their Privacy Policy on how they store your details.

You mind find links to third party websites on our website. These websites should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.

 

Access to Information

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested. Should you wish to receive details that we hold about you please contact us.

GDPR Compliance

While shopping online via our webstore we only collect the information necessary for us to provide you with our services. Name, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping and billing addresses are held in our system.

While browsing our website our security plugins will collect your i.p address temporarily for security reasons. This is checked against a list of known hackers and spammers to secure our site and your data.

Cookies are stored, this is stated in a pop up when you first visit our site.

Personal information is held in our systems indefinitely, your information may be deleted if your account is inactive for a period of time.
